Position Overview

Woodland School seeks to hire a Full Time Front Office Receptionist/Special Projects Coordinator.

Position Specifics

  • Greeting visitors, receiving incoming calls and other communications
  • Organizing and maintaining office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintaining supply inventory and office equipment as needed
  • Managing filing systems and recording information
  • Updating paperwork, creating and maintaining documents
  • Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases
  • Managing records for incoming and outgoing students
  • Aiding with first aid and medical support for students
  • Managing student immunization records

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree
  • Experience as an office assistant in a related field
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understand the importance of attending to details
  • Warm personality and flexible attitude
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the role

Salary

$24 – $28/hour depending on qualifications and experience.
