Daniel Monticalvo

I am passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. With experience as an Activity Leader at Saratoga Unified School District and as a Youth Program Coordinator at Snapology, I have developed a strong foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and student mentorship.In my current role, I design weekly enrichment activities across SEL, STEM, art, and physical education, fostering creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking. At Snapology, I specialized in robotics, coding, and engineering-based curriculum, leading classes of up to 18 students and facilitating a week-long Spring Break Camp. These experiences have strengthened my skills in program design, leadership, and creating meaningful learning opportunities for diverse groups of students. Beyond the classroom, these roles have helped me grow as a professional, sharpening my organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. I am excited to continue applying these skills in future opportunities, whether in education, program development, or other fields where creativity, leadership, and collaboration are valued.
