Key Responsibilities
Process and enter charitable gifts accurately and on time
Prepare donor acknowledgments, receipts, and correspondence
Maintain and update donor and constituent records
Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and pledge follow-up
Support monthly gift reconciliation with the Business Office
Help prepare mailing lists and materials for events and communications
What We’re Looking For
Administrative, data entry, or office support experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working with databases and office software
Clear communication and discretion with sensitive information
Associate’s degree required
Nonprofit, school, or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
