Sonoma Academy (SA) is seeking a maternity replacement teacher who will be responsible for teaching four sections of Spanish I from approximately April 7, 2014 through June 10, 2014. Language classes at SA take place in 40-minute periods.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- BA in Spanish language or literature
- Experience teaching Spanish in grades 9-12
- Knowledge of ACTFL standards
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Master’s degree in Spanish language or literature
- OPI trained
- Native speaker of Spanish
- Familiarity with independent schools
