Regional Manager (Belmont – Palo Alto)                                                                                                                        July 2022 – present

-Generated revenue of $2.5M in 2022 that accounted for greater than 35% of company wide revenue

-Managed day-to-day operations for 50+ employees throughout the region including: athletics department, P.E. teachers, after school teachers, marketing & recruiting teams, A.A.U. coaches (Club+ League), warehouse staff, and seasonal staff

-Facilitated bi-weekly payroll processing for team

-Generated new contracts with school administration, school district superintendents, and city officials while ensuring company compliance with California and county laws

-Analyzed, created, and projected appropriate operating budgets for region along with reviewing monthly statements with Legarza President and Director of Operations

-Coordinated budget, equipment, coaching staff, team placements, and scheduling of all athletic teams and events across both Tierra Linda Middle School and Central Middle School
