The position of Office Associate requires an individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The OA position is the front-line person to interface with visitors, parents, staff and students. It is a central hub for communication and clerical management. The position requires an individual who can manage a variety of tasks and remain professional and congenial under times of high activity. The individual must be a self-starter, have the ability to see tasks through to completion on specified timelines, and be a cooperative member of a team. The OA will also have tasks directly linked to lower school and middle school directors to support them in a clerical capacity.
The OA must be facile with filemaker database systems and comfortable on the use of a Mac computer.
