Marin Academy seeks a Director of Technology. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, self-directed, flexible, and curious systems thinker with a proven track record of transformational leadership and excellent customer service. A successful candidate will demonstrate a desire to be both a hands-on implementer and a big picture thinker willing to work with faculty and staff to define best practices in teaching and learning and be able to put those practices in place across all divisions of the school in a sustainable, practical, and ever-evolving form.

The Director of Technology will report to the school’s Academic Dean and Chief Financial Officer and will supervise two full-time Technology staff. The Director of Technology partners with administrators and staff in school operations and web-based services (Admission, Advancement, Business and Operations) to assist these departments in employing technology to enhance the school’s web presence and to achieve greater organizational efficiencies. The Director of Technology will manage a diverse technology team and support and mentor each member to be a strong leader in their area of focus.
