San Francisco University High School is seeking a full-time registrar. The primary role is to organize the school’s use of time and space for teaching and learning and overseeing the integrity of our systems for keeping academic records. Responsibilities include creating and managing course catalog, creating and managing schedules and room assignments for faculty and students, and producing, publishing and editing progress reports and transcripts. This position also organizes and administers standardized testing, including services for students with disabilities (SSD). This is a year-round administrative position, reporting to the Dean of Teaching and Learning.

Strong candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, be creative and nimble in regards to the development of new processes, and have outstanding written and oral communication skills. The ability to strategically manage a workflow that has strong peaks and valleys with our school’s yearly cadence is essential. Other qualifications include: fluency with office productivity software, experience with Blackbaud, Adobe Filemaker, and/or other data management platforms, and familiarity with Canvas or similar learning management systems. A bachelor’s degree is required.
