About San Domenico

San Domenico School, a K–12 independent school located on a stunning 515-acre campus in Marin County, is guided by a long-standing commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and service. As we prepare to celebrate our 175th anniversary in the 2025–26 school year, we are excited to welcome a Co-Director of College Counseling who will bring expertise, warmth, and vision to a collaborative team dedicated to guiding students in their journey beyond San Domenico.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered Co-Director of College Counseling to join our Upper School team. The department fosters a culture of curiosity, wellness, and confidence throughout the college process, helping students connect their academic interests and values to future opportunities.

While the role centers on direct engagement with students, the Co-Director also contributes to the ongoing development and strategic direction of the college counseling program, ensuring its alignment with school priorities and the evolving landscape of higher education.
