Front Desk Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist

The Position
 
The Front Desk Administrative Coordinator/ Receptionist is the point of contact for general questions pertaining to The Nueva School and handles clerical duties related to the operation of the front desk and support of the School.
 General Responsibilities for Front Desk Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist :
 
·         Respond to general inquiries or requests for assistance
·         Answer the phone, direct calls as appropriate, and greet visitors
·         Attend to minor first aid needs for students
·         Responsible for scheduling visitor tours; communicating with interested visitors & coordinating with Nueva faculty and staff to set schedules
·         Order general office supplies and Front Desk needs
·         Check General Voice Mail Box for messages
·         Student Attendance Tracking
·         Data entry and support for Nueva Calendar updates & changes
·         Support & coordination for Facilities Use Request (FUR) processing
·         Log and assign Purchase Orders for Staff and Faculty
·         Maintain & organize mail room and guest reception area on a daily basis
·         Responsible for mail, postage & related supplies
·         Disseminate mail, packages, overnight deliveries, faxes, etc.
·         Assist various departments within The Nueva School on an as-needed basis as well as other special projects and duties as assigned
