Join us in conversation with Morva McDonald, Ph.D., NAIS Vice President, Leadership & Governance, to discuss our needs as people of color in independent schools, as NAIS designs “Gather: a convening for renewal and growth, belonging, and impact,” (formerly known as PoCC). PoCIS’ goal is for our collective and constructive feedback to help shape NAIS Gather in a way that truly meets the needs of equity and inclusion in independent schools. Your voices, ideas, and opinions are needed and welcome as NAIS plans Gather, set for Boston in December of 2026.
