The Director of Admissions manages all aspects of admissions, recruitment, and financial aid efforts for the School. The Director oversees two full-time staff members as well as parent volunteers, serves as a member of the Senior Administrative Team, and works closely with all School constituencies, including the Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate will be an experienced admissions and financial aid professional who can provide leadership in admissions, marketing, and recruitment. The Director shares Marin Academy’s commitment to creating a community of equity and inclusion. To that end, the Director builds a student body that represents a diversity of thought, working collaboratively to build an inclusive multi-cultural community.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with a master’s preferred; five years of admissions and financial aid experience; commitment to Marin Academy’s mission; strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated organizational and managerial experience, warmth and a sense of humor.
